Victory Mission + Ministry
Victory Mission reaches people leaving poverty, equipping them with tools to rebuild their lives and gain independence—because no life is beyond repair.
Services include:
- WorkReady BootCamp - Victory’s WorkReady BootCamp is a week-long training program designed to help you find and maintain meaningful work. 70% of graduates find employment within a week of completing the program.
- Emergency Shelter for Men - Victory’s Emergency Shelter allows men to stay for up to 30 days every six months. For the 30-day duration, residential program fees are waived through scholarship.
- Transitional Shelter for Men - Victory’s Transitional Shelter provides an affordable housing alternative to pay-by-the-week hotels and substandard housing as men transition into a state of independence.
- Restoration for Women and Men - The Restoration Program is a 12-18 month faith-based discipleship program designed to transform lives through a comprehensive approach of developing five key areas of life: spiritual, personal, relational, vocational, and financial.

Isabel’s House
Our mission is to provide immediate refuge to children ages birth to 12 whose families are in crisis. We provide 24/7/365 trauma-informed care, 3 meals and snacks daily, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, transportation to and from school, wellness exams, and so much more. We also work with families to resolve the crisis that they sought services for.

The GLO Center
The GLO Center is the LGBTQ+ Community Center of the Ozarks. We provide support groups and social groups, including a youth group for young people aged 12-18 on Tuesdays from 3-8 where free dinner is provided. Anyone is welcome to come by the center during open hours (10-4 Weekdays, 10-2 Saturdays) to make use of the center living spaces, library, and kitchen. We have free resources, snacks, and referrals to other organizations according to your needs. GLO throws many monthly and yearly events, including Pride during June on the square in Springfield.
